#1 | Help please...Loose secondary mirror datum

Hi all. Can anyone suggest someone locally who can tighten up my secondary mirror on my Meade LX90 Schmidt. The whole assembly has suddenly come loose and just spins. I don't feel confident enough to have a go myself and don't like the idea of sending it away to be tightened. Many thanks, Chris

Hi Chris, Welcome I did a bit of research apparently this seems common with the Meade from what I can gather is that the collar should be glued and sounds like it come away, try Google for your problem there maybe a quick fix, whatever you do don't remove the corrector plate hope this has helped you.
