Hello folks
Taken the plunge and joined the group. Looks like tonight will be good so hope to get out later. One of these days I will get some images.
Martin - found the problem with play/backlash. Coco the clown I bought it from dismantled it to change the nylon bearing balls to stainless steel and left out a a "too difficult" bolt when reassambling. I've managed to find a substitute which I had to modify and all seems well now. Fingers crossed.

Incidentally images uploaded on the other forum all very excellent (thinks "envy") ah well!!

Hi Ron, welcome to here, I will try tonight after the fottball, Get the DSI onto something big and bright so you can learn the camera and if your doing more than 30 sec exp use drizzle without increasing the size and use twotracking boxes.
