my first ever post here. i made these sketches at the nlo on friday night, thought you might like to see them.

Hi Steve - these are really nice drawings, lovely sharp detail and accurate as well. How did you do these? They look like white pencil on black paper/card - is this right? Also, how long did each picture take to compile?

Keep posting these since they make a great complementation to the digital images that most of us are deriving with cameras.

Probably about 15 minutes each I reckon. They are just paper and pencil then scanned and inverted on the computer to give white on a black background (I clipped the white point a bit in the levels to make the stars more pure white).
